The Tax Assessor is able to address any questions that you might have regarding the assessed value of your home or land.
Homestead Exemptions are available at the town office for any homeowner that has owned their home for 12 months or more and receives no other homestead in another town or state. The application must be received by April 1st for the exemption to be in effect for the new property tax year.
