The Homestead Exemption application is available to any homeowner having owned their home for a minimum of 12 months. The application must be received by April 1st for the exemption to be in effect for the new property tax year.
You can find valuations, tax information, and Maps for land and homes in our Town through the TAX DATABASE.
Our Fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th. Taxes are due Biannually on December 15 and June 15. Tax bills are committed in September and are then available. We mail the original bill to the homeowner on record as of the April 1st assessment. Water and sewer are all privately owned.
